Customer Service Representative

One of my close friends in college got a job as a customer service representative. She got hired a couple of months ago. I am happy for her because she’s been searching for a customer service representative work for a long time. She worked as a cashier clerk before, but she realized that she is more comfortable working as a customer service representative. I am sure she’s enjoying her job right now.
