Sleep Apnea Treatment

Do you suffer from snoring? I know most of us don’t think of snoring as something to be concerned about, not unless our bed partner is disrupting our sleep. Frequently, a loud snoring maybe a sign of sleep apnea, sleep apnea is a common serious disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts as you sleep. The American Academy of Sleep Medicine recommends a device called “the silencer” for the treatment of patients who are suffering from snoring and mild to moderate sleep apnea. They also recommend another sleep apnea treatment device called “Continuous Positive Pressure (CPAP) for patients who have severe sleep apnea disorder.
