Kmart's Big Layaway Giveaway

Shopping for holiday gifts in advance is a great way to avoid the Christmas rush. Scouring different stores just to find the most suitable gift items and waiting in line for hours just to be able to pay for purchases are just some of the things that you can avoid if you finish your holiday gift shopping ahead of time. But sometimes, even if you like to shop early, your budget may not be enough to buy everything that you need. It can also be frustrating when you’ve been eyeing an item and then when you finally have saved enough, it is no longer available at the store. The good news is that shopping for the holidays has just become more affordable because of the free layaway program of Kmart. Through the free layaway program, they will waive the $5 service fee on an 8 week contract and $10 service fee on a 12 week contract initiated between 9/9/2012 through 11/17/2012. If you see an item that you really want at the store that is up for a layaway, you can choose to have a contract initiated. You just have to pay for the down payment. You then have to pay for the weekly payments and once the item has been fully paid, you can take it home with you. Kmart's Big Layaway Giveaway has also been launched where every week, one winner from every store will have their layaway balanced paid off.
